The Glass Art of Craig Mitchell Smith
More than 30 brilliantly-colored glass sculptures, created and curated for Lauritzen Gardens by nationally-recognized kiln-formed glass artist Craig Mitchell Smith will punctuate the landscapes of the Marjorie K. Daugherty Conservatory and the floral display hall.
Sunpu Chaya Construction at Lauritzen Gardens
Shizuoka, Japan and Omaha, Nebraska have been Sister Cities for 50 years. In honor of this special relationship and occasion, a "Sunpu Chaya" will be built at Lauritzen Gardens from April 29 to May 5. During this week, garden guests may watch craftsmen from Shizuoka and Omaha build this lasting symbol of friendship.

Summer Camps
Summer Adventure Camps at Lauritzen Gardens provide an exciting and educational environment for children to explore science, nature and art in a 100-acre outdoor classroom and the Marjorie K. Daugherty Conservatory. All-inclusive camps are offered in week-long, half-day and full-day formats, with certain camps available for purchase as single days. With many days of camp, early check-in and extended checkout is included at no additional charge. REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN.
