A walking club for ages 50+

Lauritzen Gardens and the Nebraska Medical Center Health and Wellness Club team up to offer an exciting program - the Garden Walkers - to individuals age 50 and older. The Garden Walkers meet every Tuesday morning from mid-April through the end of October at 8:30 a.m. in the Lauritzen Gardens visitor and education center. The Garden Walkers program is free to Lauritzen Gardens members. Regular daily admission is required for non-members. 

The kick-off event for the walking club will be Tuesday, April 13. Walkers can enjoy a light breakfast, provided by Whole Foods Market, during the kickoff and each week.
