Would you like to learn more about roses, trees, annuals, perennials or any other plants in the garden? If so, our plant walks are perfect for you as you enjoy an educational tour through the garden as a specific garden topic is highlighted. Once a month spring through fall, a member of Lauritzen Gardens' staff leads a plant walk that highlights a particular group of plants. Plants are identified along the walk and site preferences and maintenance practices are discussed. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and share their gardening experiences. Plant walks are free with garden admission or membership. Advance registration is not required. All plant walks depart at 10 a.m. from the front desk in the visitor and education center.
